The history of Dinaburg fortress was initiated at the beginning of the 19th century. The fortress became a main symbol of town Dinaburg (nowadays Daugavpils) and was inaccessible for a long time. This is the century, when the tastiest herbal infusions have appeared and have become the favorite ones for Dinaburg residents. We have got one of the ancient recipes of those times ‘ infusions.
