The history of Dinaburg fortress was initiated at the beginning of the 19th century. The fortress became a main symbol of town Dinaburg (nowadays Daugavpils) and was inaccessible for a long time. Apart from infusions, one of the favourite drinks of those times was vodka. The old recipe together with the modern technology creates the astonishing result- the special vodka with a soft and pleasant taste, reflecting the strength of the spirit of those times.
